Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Protive started off doing the CCTV for my home, then upgraded my intruder alarm. Dan is always a pleasure to deal with, he is polite, and conscientious always on time, and explains anything that I am unsure about, would definitely recommend Protive

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent service and really pleased with Joe the engineer who completed the work required. Joe was polite, friendly and very caring towards my mother on arrival to her home and reassured her understanding she had recently been hospitalised for almost 3 months and was still very frail. My mum is 72 years of age and lives alone.
Within 18 minutes the problem was resolved and I was emailed a copy of the report from Protive, Joe was is a credit the team.

Thank you for your speedy response and I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to the excellent service we received, in particular the communication we received with Stephanie and Joe was amazing in the office, prompt and very supportive with the circumstances, and caring young man, Joe who carried out the work required.
